Start Intake
Use this form to prepare the opening intake record with clear scope, authorization confirmation, and a written matter definition.
This form does not upload files. It prepares an intake email draft to Boris@data365evidence.com using your answers.
Secure uploads are provided by invitation only. If file transfer is required, you will receive a password-protected upload location after scope is agreed.
What the opening record is used to confirm
- Matter reference, timing, and the preservation objective to be addressed
- Who can authorize access, export, receipt, release, or transfer
- Source condition, custody status, and any immediate risk of change or loss
- The expected access or transfer path before credentials are used or materials change hands
- Expected deliverables, logistics constraints, and any fee-sensitive assumptions requiring written confirmation
The opening record helps keep intake notes, next-step handling, and close-out materials aligned to the same matter record.
