Source Information
Identify the sources and any condition or availability concerns:
- Sources: devices, mailboxes, cloud repositories, files, or system records
- Availability: current location and access status
- Source details: device type, model, capacity, account type, or export format if known
- Recent changes: repair, reassignment, reset, wipe, deletion, or export activity
- Constraints: transfer, shipping, travel, return, or timing requirements
