Document ID: D365-ENGM-001 | Version: v1.00
Scope boundary: Data365 Evidence provides preservation-first digital evidence services under written scope and authorization. No legal advice is provided. No expert opinions or testimony are provided unless separately retained in writing.
Preservation-first model
- Preservation-first delivery: focus on defensible handling, acquisition where authorized, and documented chain-of-custody suitable for counsel review.
- Neutral posture: work product is produced to document what was requested, authorized, and performed—without advocacy or legal conclusions.
Separate retention for structured technical review
- Structured technical review (when separately retained) is a distinct scope with separate authorization and deliverables.
- Preservation engagements do not imply expert analysis, interpretation, or litigation opinions.
No expert testimony unless separately retained
- Testimony, declarations, or expert-witness services are not included by default.
- If required, they must be separately retained under a written agreement.
Neutrality statement
- Data365 Evidence does not assume an advocacy position for either party.
- Conflicts are screened; engagements may be declined or terminated if neutrality cannot be maintained.
Scope control
- Work begins only after written scope, authorization, and intake conditions are documented.
- Any scope changes are documented and approved before execution.
Confidential — Work Product / Internal Handling Record (as applicable). Not legal advice.
